In July 2023, the "Continuous Large-Size Diamond Tool Low-Temperature Activated Sintering Technology and Industrialization" project independently initiated and implemented by Monte-Bianco New Materials passed the results evaluation meeting organized by the Chinese Society for Materials Research. It was considered that the equipment and processes developed in the project have reached the international leading level, and the product performance has reached the international advanced level.

Keri Precision DDV585C series double-end surface grinder developed, mass-produced and sold

Based on the actual needs of customer projects, Keri Precision independently developed and tested DDV series double-end face grinders, key technologies such as automatic feed control of machine tool configuration programs, and solidified product processes and control systems after research and demonstration and qualified testing. It can perform double-plane processing on various special-shaped parts and regular-shaped metal and non-metal materials, as well as stable, efficient and high-precision grinding of thinner parts. The target customer sample test specimens have been completed and transformed into production applications for end customers to achieve equipment sales.

Monte-Bianco New Materials Headquarters R&D Center Begins Construction

In November 2023, the R&D center of Monte-Bianco New Materials Headquarters started construction with an investment of about RMB 300 million and a construction area of about 18,000 square meters. It is Monte-Bianco's second IPO fundraising project. After completion, it will become a world-class new material R&D center integrating new material technology research, new product development, talent training, material and product performance testing, inspection and testing analysis, and new product R&D pilot.

The second phase of the Xinxing Monte-Bianco plant project started

In June 2023, Monte-Bianco New Materials' first IPO fundraising project, the Xinxing Monte-Bianco Plant Phase II Project, was launched. The total investment scale of the project is 260 million yuan, focusing on the intelligent manufacturing and large-scale quality and efficiency improvement of high-performance diamond tools, and building a high-performance diamond tool intelligent manufacturing production line. It is expected that after reaching full production, the annual production capacity of 18.735 million diamond tools will be added.
